Synopsis: After a bad breakup with a possessive ex, Amelia (Rebecca Liddiard) relocates to the big city eager to start a new life. There she meets her eccentric new roommate, Melinda (Camille Stopps), and the two bond over their recent breakups. As Amelia starts to settle in, she soon notices that certain belongings have gone missing and teh creaks in the floor sound like footsteps. Her paranoia dwindles who she becomes smitten and shifts her focus to David (Jamie Spilchuk), a cute guy she met at the local bookstore. When the two arrive home from a date and discover Melinda has been murdered, David agrees to stay with Amelia, who has two suspects in mind: Melinda’s drug addicted ex and her own possessive ex-boyfriend who may have followed her to the city. But after some suspicious behavior, Amelia is forced to add David to the list. Her suspicions are confirmed when she finally discovers David has been living in her attic and has been terrorizing the tenants of the house for years! With her new boyfriend looming above her head and her ex stalking close behind, will Amelia escape alive?
