Synopsis:

When Sophie (Amy Keum), a Korean American college student, decides to reclaim her heritage and go by her Korean name, Joo Hyun, she is surprised by her grandmother Hannah’s (Vana Kim) immediate protests. Dismissing her grandmother’s warning of a “family curse” as mere superstition, Joo Hyun focuses instead on Jun (Kevin Woo), a handsome and mysterious stranger. However, after telling Jun her Korean name a series of terrifying events occur, forcing Joo Hyun to scramble to undo a generations-long curse to save herself and her family.
