Synopsis: A talented seamstress as a child, Fabienne (Mishael Morgan) began working with her cousin Mirlande (Andrea Lewis) to start a clothing line specializing in the colorful, sustainable fabrics of their Barbados home. But after five years, the women had to close the business as Fabienne went to law school, and Mirlande got married. Now, Fabienne is consumed with work at a law firm that takes on a case representing a notoriously corrupt fast fashion corporation. To Fabienne’s embarrassment, she finds herself having to side with the company rather than the mistreated employees who are on strike under union rep Zayn (Daniel Malik). As Fabienne finds it difficult to liaise between te company and the striking workers, she realizes it’s time to go back to her roots and do what she does best.
