Synopses:

“The Sheriff and The Kid” – From a deadly feud in New Mexico, to an epic manhunt that ends in gunfire, this episode tells the story of outlaw Billy the Kid and the lawman sworn to take him down, Pat Garrett. Raised amidst the violence of the frontier, Billy the Kid is a stone-cold killer who makes a name for himself during the Lincoln County War. By the time he turns 21, the Kid is the most famous fugitive in the United States.

“Rough Justice” – Many brave officers swore an oath to keep the peace in the violent towns of the American frontier. But none were as famous as Wild Bill Hickok and Wyatt Earp.  They blurred the thin line between lawman and outlaw and defined what it meant to wear a badge in the Wild West. Hickok would help tame the cowtowns of Kansas, before meeting his end in Deadwood, South Dakota in 1876, while Earp would shoot his way into legend at the OK Corral in Tombstone, Arizona.

“The Manhunter” – Indian Territory, a huge part of the state of Oklahoma, is the deadliest place in the West. Keeping the peace in this wild & lawless country is the job of the US Marshals and one marshal in particular, Bass Reeves. Reeves serves as one of the toughest manhunters and lawmen to ever serve the court of Judge Isaac Parker, the so-called “Hanging Judge” of the Indian Territory. In his career, Reeves develops a reputation as tracker * marksman that makes him a legend of the American West.

“The West’s Most Wanted” – Across the West, daring and desperate outlaws eager for gold, glory or revenge embark on an epic crime wave. Jesse James & his men rob banks & trains in Missouri & then try to take on the people of Northfield, Minnesota in 1876. Out in the dusty hills of Northern California, a mysterious figure known as “Black Bart” holds up stagecoaches with a shotgun & then leaves behind scraps of poetry to taunt pursuers.
